Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes, all treatments require a consultation before your first session. This allows us to assess suitability, ensure safety, and create a treatment plan tailored to your skin or hair concerns. You can book consultations online or get in touch with the clinic if you’re unsure where to start.
How many hair loss treatments will I need?
This varies depending on the type and severity of hair loss. Most clients benefit from a course of 3 to 6 treatments, spaced a few weeks apart. We'll discuss the best approach for you during your consultation, and may recommend diagnostics such as blood tests or genetic testing as part of your plan.
What are polynucleotides and how do they work?
Polynucleotides are regenerative molecules derived from DNA fragments. When injected into the skin or scalp, they help reduce inflammation, support cellular repair, and stimulate tissue regeneration. They are used for hair loss and skin quality improvement, often as part of a wider protocol.
What’s the difference between exosomes and PRP?
Exosomes are cell-free messengers that deliver targeted signals to support regeneration. They are consistent, lab-prepared, and ready to use. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is made from your own blood and relies on growth factors extracted during processing. Exosomes can offer more targeted results and are often used when clients want a regenerative option without drawing blood.
Are anti-wrinkle injections safe?
Anti-wrinkle injections are widely used and considered safe when performed by a trained medical professional. Like all medical treatments, they come with risks which will be discussed during your consultation. We only proceed if the treatment is clinically appropriate and aligns with your goals.
How long do injectable results last?
Results vary depending on the treatment and vary person to person.
Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3 to 4 months.
Skinboosters and polynucleotides often require a course, with maintenance every few months.
We’ll provide a treatment schedule to help you maintain results over time.
Can I combine treatments in one session?
In many cases, yes. For example, skinboosters can be combined with toxin, and hair treatments may be layered within a plan. However, we will only combine treatments when it is safe and clinically appropriate. Your treatment plan will outline the best approach.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That’s what your consultation is for. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Your plan will be based on a full clinical assessment, your goals, and what’s safe and effective for you.
Where is your clinic based?
We’re located at Minsony, 118 Baker Street, London W1U 6TT. Easily accessible from Baker Street and Marylebone stations, our clinic offers a discreet, calm environment for skin and hair treatments. Appointments are by booking only.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yes. All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking to confirm your slot. This ensures dedicated time is reserved just for you and allows us to prepare your treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
What happens if I’m late or miss my appointment?
Please aim to arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited. Missed appointments are considered late cancellations.
